Proposal and acceptance
Every project starts from a written proposal setting out scope, deliverables, timing, costs and payment terms. Work begins once the proposal has been accepted in writing.
Client materials and information
The client supplies the information, copy, photos, logos and access needed, and guarantees they hold the rights to use them. The timing in the proposal also depends on these materials arriving on time.
Preview, revisions and delivery
The client receives previews to review as set out in the proposal. Delivery includes the publishable site, the source files, the manual and the test report, unless the proposal states otherwise.
Ownership and licences
Once paid in full, the client may freely use, modify and have others modify the delivered site. Third-party typefaces, images and components remain subject to their own licences, listed in the documentation.
Third-party services
Domain, hosting, mailboxes, Shopify and other external services are provided by third parties, with their own terms and costs, and are registered to the client wherever possible.
Ongoing care
Ongoing care, if chosen, is governed by a separate agreement setting out its content, fee, duration and how to withdraw.
Defects and liability
Defects against what was delivered are corrected as agreed in the proposal. We are not liable for interruptions or changes to third-party services, nor for content supplied by the client.
Governing law
Italian law applies. Consumers keep the protections granted by the law of their country of residence.
