Web app

Custom features that work on their own.

For sites that must do something on their own: take bookings, give access to a private area, manage data, talk to other systems. We design it around your need, after assessing its feasibility.

Who it is for

  • Businesses that want bookings with real availability and automatic confirmation
  • Those who need to give clients a private area with documents, orders or history
  • Those with data to collect, store and process
  • Those who want to connect the site to management software, calendars, payments or other services
  • Those considering AI features for visitors, such as an assistant that answers about their content

What needs it solves

When a feature replaces repeated manual work — answering the same questions, confirming appointments, sending documents — a well-designed application saves time and reduces errors.

First we need to understand whether it pays off, how it should work, what data it handles and what it costs to maintain. That is why a web app always starts with an analysis.

How we work on a web app

  1. Needs analysis

What happens today, who does it, how often, with what data.

  2. Feasibility assessment

Possible solutions, external services, technical constraints, privacy and security, recurring costs to consider.

  3. Design

Flows, screens, roles, states and errors, decided before writing code.

  4. Development and checks

With the same method as our sites, plus testing of flows, data and permissions.

  5. Care

An application needs maintenance and checks: the ongoing care plan is defined together.

What it can include

Examples of possible features, to be defined and assessed in the project: they are not ready-made modules or existing products.

  • Availability and bookings with automatic confirmation
  • Private areas with personal access
  • Persistent data: archives, requests, orders
  • Integrations with external services
  • AI features for visitors
  • Dashboards to manage content or requests

Things we say clearly

  • An external calendar connected to the site is an integration with a third-party service, not a booking system of ours.
  • A contact form is not a booking: automatic confirmation requires real availability and precise rules.
  • An AI feature for visitors must be designed with limits, sources and checks: we do not add it because it is fashionable.

We do not show web app examples: we would rather design around your case than present demos of products that do not exist.

Frequently asked questions

Do you make phone apps too?

We design web applications, which work in phone and desktop browsers. An app installed from the stores is a different project, to be assessed.

How much does a web app cost?

It depends on the need: we estimate it after the analysis and feasibility assessment, in a written proposal.

Will my clients' data be safe?

Security is designed around the data handled: minimal access, encryption where needed, reliable services, no keys in public code. Choices and limits are documented; no system is invulnerable.

Got a project? Let's talk.

We reply with precise questions and, once the scope is clear, with a written proposal. Costs are agreed privately: no price list that fits everyone.
