Redesigning an existing website
Rebuilding your site without losing what works.
Your site exists, but it's old, slow, hard to update or hard to read on a phone. We rebuild its design and code from scratch while keeping what has value: content that works, page addresses and Google rankings.

Who it's for
- Anyone with a site a few years old that no longer represents the business
- Anyone with a slow site or one that reads badly on a phone
- Anyone who can no longer update it on their own
- Anyone who wants to change supplier without going back to square one
The problem it solves
A badly handled redesign can be costly: pages that disappear, broken links, visits falling for months. It happens when a site is rebuilt without looking at what was bringing in customers.
That's why we start with an analysis: what's there, what gets visited, where people come from. Then we decide what to keep, what to rewrite and how to connect every old address to the new one.
How we work
Analysis of the current site
Pages, content, visits, the searches that bring customers, technical problems.
Map of the new site
What stays, what merges, what gets rewritten; every old address gets a destination.
New identity and build
New design, copy and code, designed for phones too.
Redirects and testing
Permanent redirects from old addresses, checks of links and metadata.
Switchover and follow-up
Publishing in place of the old site and watching visits in the following weeks.
What it includes
For the analysis we need access to the current site and, if they exist, to your analytics and Google Search Console.
- Analysis of the existing site and its visits, where data is available
- A content map with decisions page by page
- New design and new code
- Copy reviewed or rewritten
- Redirects from old addresses
- Domain and hosting transfer, if needed
- A check after publication
Things we say plainly
- A redesign doesn't guarantee more visits: it reduces the risk of losing them and creates the conditions for growth.
- If the old site isn't yours (domain or content registered to someone else), the handover has to be sorted out with them first.
- We don't copy the old site into a new one: we rethink it, keeping only what's useful.
Frequently asked questions
Will I lose my Google rankings?
There may be a short settling period; with correct redirects and preserved content, the risk of lasting losses drops considerably. We check the data after the switch.
Can I keep my current copy?
Yes, the parts that work. We often shorten or reorganise them; outdated ones we rewrite with you.
My site runs on WordPress: will you stay on WordPress?
We assess each case. A static site is often faster, more secure and simpler to maintain; if you need a panel to update often, we choose the right solution.
Got a project? Let's talk.
We reply with precise questions and, once the scope is clear, with a written proposal. Costs are agreed privately: no price list that fits everyone.
