The starting point
A real business with a public price list and a booking system already in use. The proposal reorganises everything into clear pages and leads to booking where the shop already receives it, without replacing it.
The choices
- The shopfront full screen, so visitors recognise the place
- Besley for headings and prices, Archivo for text; white, warm grey, black and brass
- Only the shop's own photographs, carefully cropped
Pages and features
- Thirteen pages in Australian English: services, prices, studio, gallery, FAQs, visit
- Booking through the external system the shop already uses, declared as such
- Prices and durations taken from the public price list
Checks
Seventy captures from 320 to 1920 pixels without overlaps and keyboard tests of menu, submenu, gallery and FAQs, on the version with the shop’s original photographs.
